A training plan is drafted on an annual basis to ensure access to health and safety, dementia specific care, person centeredness, infection
control, protection of vulnerable adults, quality and management plus a variety of clinical topics. We aim to ensure all Nursing Assistants
have a minimum of QQI Level 5 certification and all Registered Nurses follow a structured plan for professional development.
A system of pre-employment vetting and ongoing performance auditing is in place. The greatest requirements we look for in our staff is
empathy and compassion. We believe these are essential cornerstones and educational building blocks within the nursing environment.
